📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless integration of procurement, production, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of supply chain and operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Leverage data analytics to make informed decisions and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance supply chain resilience and sustainability.
• Represent Asia Recruit at industry forums and events, sharing insights and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering operational excellence and cost savings in complex manufacturing environments.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, APICS, or similar industry-recognized programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP and JDA software, with experience in configuring and optimizing these systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
