📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, and Tokopedia.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels across all sales channels.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Implement and maintain order management systems to streamline our order processing workflow.
• Provide training and support to sales and customer service teams on e-commerce best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and drive online sales.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our e-commerce operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Tokopedia.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
