📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage extraction innovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance mineral extraction efficiency using advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and data analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the mining and minerals industry, with a focus on extraction innovation and sustainability.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability best practices.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and data analytics.
