You will work closely with senior management to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and capital allocation, ensuring that the company remains financially healthy and competitive in the market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive corporate financial excellence.
• Optimize capital structures to enhance financial performance and profitability.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of financial goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in corporate finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead a team.
