📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment in the cable manufacturing facility.
• Work with a team of engineers, technicians, and supervisors to ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that equipment is maintained in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that maintenance parts and materials are available when needed.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep records of equipment performance and maintenance history.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and engineers as needed.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt normal operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Fresh graduate or early-career professional with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of maintenance management software, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Familiarity with mechanical equipment and systems used in cable manufacturing, such as extruders, winding machines, and printing units.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with engineers, technicians, and supervisors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work in a global, multicultural team environment.
