📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot various pieces of manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure that all equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly according to manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Work closely with the engineering and production teams to provide technical support and guidance.
• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring that everything is set up correctly and efficiently.
• Monitor and record equipment performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Provide technical documentation and reports as required, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Application Technician in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proven experience with a variety of manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to injection molding machines, extruders, and conveyors.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ISO and OSHA.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
