📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties to customers.,Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.,Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.,Adhere to health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.,Familiarity with inventory management and basic bookkeeping.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of coffee supplies.,Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
