📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, specialty coffee drinks, and other hot and cold beverages.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that all equipment is properly sanitized and stored.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking and ordering coffee beans, supplies, and other ingredients.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing their needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that all coffee orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques, and continuously seek ways to improve the quality and variety of our coffee offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
