📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Ensure that inventory is accurately tracked and managed using advanced software like SAP and Oracle.
• Work closely with the team to ensure that goods are stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished as needed.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Work with suppliers and customers to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Proven track record of success in managing inventory and ensuring accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management software like SAP and Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a team.
