📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily operations of the data centre, ensuring 24/7 availability and performance.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor and maintain all data centre infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and cooling systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to protect against physical and cyber threats.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and services.
- Document all operations, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data centre operations, with a focus on shift leadership.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Data Center Essentials, CompTIA Server+, or similar are a plus.
- Proficient in using data centre management tools like Racktables, NetBox, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including servers, networking, and cooling systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
