Berkah Umar Electronics is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, logistics, and a proven track record of optimizing warehouse processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products are stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, storage, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to maintain accurate records.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse management best practices.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.,Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues related to product delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory control and logistics management.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
