Diamond Leaf Group is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Warehouse Staff to join our team in Karawang, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics.,Perform inventory counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate records.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high performance standards.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
