📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store operations to ensure smooth daily activities.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to meet or exceed them.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
