NOVA Sentosa is seeking a skilled and dedicated System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT-related issues promptly and effectively.,Implement and enforce security measures to protect our systems and data from unauthorized access and cyber threats.,Backup and restore data as needed to ensure business continuity.,Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and execute IT projects and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux.,Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
