Gold Fast Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our store in Nusa Dua. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere while ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
