📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, and ensure timely replenishment.,Oversee the preparation and distribution of products to meet customer demands.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.,Provide support to the team by addressing operational issues and finding solutions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and transactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the operations or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
