📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage and supervise the restaurant staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Ensure that customer service standards are met and exceeded.
  • Manage inventory and ensure that all stock is accurately recorded and ordered as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
