📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance,Train and mentor junior technical writers,Ensure that documentation standards are met and maintained,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create user guides and other customer-facing documentation,Conduct regular reviews and updates of technical documentation,Participate in product development meetings and provide input on documentation needs,Create and maintain a technical writing style guide for the company

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Knowledge of technical communication standards and best practices,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English, both written and spoken
