📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage data analytics projects from inception to completion,Develop and implement data strategies to support business objectives,Mentor and guide junior data analysts, providing training and development opportunities,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions,Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights,Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively,Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data governance practices,Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools, techniques, and industry trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field,5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong background in leading analytics projects,Proven experience in developing and implementing data strategies,Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar,Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically,Familiarity with data governance and quality assurance practices
