📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met.,Monitor production schedules and coordinate with production teams.,Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.,Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure materials are available for production.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.,Provide training and support to production staff.,Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
