📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and workflows.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Manage and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and capabilities.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
