📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.,Coordinate with HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and support to hiring managers on candidate performance and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages.
