Crystal Max Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and transactions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.
