Cloud Hub Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR manager in other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
