📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the distribution process from start to finish, ensuring that products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.,Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor inventory levels and order status to prevent stockouts and delays.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for the distribution process.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for delivery purposes.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
