📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to meet customer demands.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Work with the sales and distribution teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor warehouse metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
