Cafe Sari Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train a team of staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, training, and operational improvements.,Assist in the development and implementation of the cafe's marketing and promotional strategies.,Ensure that the cafe's financial targets are met and maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality or food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and conflicts.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Experience in inventory management and budgeting.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
