Tan Chong Industrial Equipment is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and coordinating maintenance activities for our commercial truck fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for maintaining high-quality equipment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee service activities for commercial trucks.,Ensure that all service and maintenance work is completed according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.,Monitor and report on the performance and condition of commercial trucks, identifying any potential issues for further investigation.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure high standards of service and maintenance are maintained.,Maintain accurate records of all service activities and customer interactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of service and maintenance activities.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in commercial truck service and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive or industrial equipment industry.,Strong knowledge of commercial truck mechanics and maintenance procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.,Proficiency in using computer software and tools for record-keeping and scheduling.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
