📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide strategic advice and guidance on resort development, including operations, management, and guest experience.
• Develop and implement resort development plans and strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Oversee the development of resort concepts, including branding, design, and amenities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful resort development.
• Monitor and evaluate resort performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in luxury resort development.
• Represent Paradise Islands Hospitality Group at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury resort development, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends, best practices, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Professional certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
