PT. Mahaguna Karya Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to join our team at Bali Resorts & Properties. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff. This is a contract position with a duration of 12 months, offering competitive compensation and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily security operations and ensure compliance with security protocols.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of the resort premises.,Manage and train security personnel, including response teams and concierge staff.,Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services in case of security incidents.,Implement and enforce security measures to prevent unauthorized access and potential threats.,Monitor surveillance systems and respond to any security breaches or suspicious activities.,Maintain accurate records of security incidents and prepare reports for management.,Promote a culture of safety and security awareness among guests, staff, and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in security supervision or a related field.,Proven track record of managing security operations and personnel.,Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and emergency procedures.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Valid security license or certification is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
