📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct sales force audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.,Provide coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.,Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Develop and implement training programs to improve sales effectiveness and productivity.,Collaborate with sales managers and leaders to set sales goals and objectives.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales force against established targets and KPIs.,Work closely with marketing and business development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales force effectiveness, sales training, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in sales performance improvement and coaching.,Strong knowledge of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance management tools.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with the healthcare and medical sector is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
