This is an urgent position to oversee and manage our production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for driving operational excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to meet production targets.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production tasks.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards.,Train and mentor production team members to improve performance and productivity.,Identify and implement improvements to production processes.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies for production.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Resolve production issues and ensure timely resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or related roles.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Experience with quality control and improvement methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
