📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's learning and development goals,Identify learning needs and design training solutions to address them,Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and manuals,Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs meet their specific needs,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related role,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus
