📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage daily accounting transactions and ensure accuracy.

Prepare and submit financial reports on time.

Oversee the work of junior cashiers and provide guidance.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to accounting.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Train and develop the accounting team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a cashier role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.

Leadership and team management skills.
