In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets and objectives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and support.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry, including trends, competitors, and market dynamics.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
