📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators.

Handle operational budgets and financial planning.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Provide leadership and support during operational challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in using operational management software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Fluency in English and Indonesian.

Certification in healthcare management is a plus.
