🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on corporate training.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant training tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
