📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.
• Support the Recruitment Manager in coordinating recruitment activities.
• Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
